A while ago, someone made mention of the Peanut Butter Theory, which talks about the fact that there is only so much speculation/exploration money to be spread around and so many great juniors out there.

I think that definitely applies here. We have over 20 companies in the ROF area during a turbulent global market situation. This means a lot less capital is available, and it has to be spread over a thinner area. Lots of companies, especially the majors like Xstrata, aren't putting their money forward yet.
