WHY NOT have each be rewarded by what they actually contribute! NOT by how hard they try to keep up to the Noront's by simply being next door. Who is willing to pay someone only because they are next door? Hot Shot Trader Types, maybe??? But NOT me!!! After all, READ "The Big Score" or what ever the book on Diamondfields and Voisy's Bay is called, and think of where all the Neighbors are now. All that one need do is PROVE IT!
