NOT/FWR

A little PR for FWR at the luncheon is not particularly significant in and of itself. It isn't anything particularly staggering for NOT to do this though it may garner a little more attention from the mining community. It does serve as an indicator of a closing of ranks perhaps and a sense of direction as to where these companies may be heading. I agree with J.D. that there will need to be some drill proofs from companies like FWR and greater parity of S.P. before entities will be willing to merge. No one wants to take a 20:1 reduction on their shares. It is quite possible for FWR to agree to NOT helping to develop their value to achieve more equitable merger terms.
