We have too much speculation on what is perceived to be a good thing for NOT: We shouldn't forget that sometimes things can go the other way - even if not justified.

Having been too long without anything concrete to sink our teeth in cannot be good for the SP. Most buyers look at the facts on hand and not at wishful thinking or blue sky speculation.
