Red line could be border with FNC. As for the name DE4, that anomaly was reffered to as that. We have Eagle 1, our original discovery, Eagle 2, 2 km SW, and Eagle 3, 4 km SW. Eagle 4 is the only other anomaly that has been drilled so far a I have also been told that they hit E4 last week.
