The problem is that you wouldn't be able to prove intent.  One can only deduce it through logical speculation.  PM has been in touch with the TSX and I'm not sure if he has felt that it is particularly agressive... polite yes.... active.....?  Personally, I think the machine is designed for the people who designed it.
