RN is totally in control, more so with the added $12 Mn. The non-NOT's are drifting because of the weak market and no obvious value to offer. NOT remains the only proven value to date. The $$ guys cannot do what RN and team are doing, they can only take advantage by investing in it. There is no SP problem, just a weak market.
