the economic stimulus plan in the US will get some buying started. I know where my $600.00 will be going just as soon as I get it. Adding it to what is left of my dry powder and adding some more. The fact that I plan to buy in the next 2 weeks usually causes the  stock to go up before I can buy in. Not really sure how that is going to effect the economy though oh well call it a long term recovery.
