The governments are very exited to be getting a road put in. They don't mind paying now because of the money that will be generated in the area. The way they see it is its a win win situation.

As I have mentioned I am with The Ontario Ministry of Health and there is a lot of chatter re new roads and year round access. Very exited about the health care issue.
