P.S. - If you want to look at a good example of how breaking off projects into other companies, go check press releases for Rubicon. They broke off two other projects, and all the stockholders retained the same number of shares in the original company and got shares issued to them in the two new companies. Also, Freewest recently split off their uranium project into a separate company. So, you can check their press releases as well. One thing you will notice is that in both those cases, the stock prices of the original companies were not negatively affected by the splits.
