I believe VB and Diamond Fields had a very low shares out. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it was between 20 and 40 mill which is very tight and would spike accordingly.

NOT has more shares out so I think that this is one of the reasons for the price disparity between the two.

The Economic climate was nowhere near as bad as this. After all, wasn't it the beginning of the Clinton years when everything appeared to be rosy??? ....Don
