To know just who works for Noront and who works for Biliken Management. My understanding is that Noront has contracted out almost everything to do with exploration both in the 'ROF' and at Windfall.

Does Noront have any actual employee's other than Nemis and his two Vice Presidents? Secretary and Accountant of course but information about any other staff is lacking.
