It shouldn't be hard to buy warrants for $5 for a stock valued at $7.  They know where this stock is going and the amount is guaranteed at that price.  The only reason they would defer is if they wanted to cash in right away and they can't do that until June when the sp is likely to be very much advance.  So, they might as well be in, given what they likely know about NOT's potential better than we.
