Everytime I see a Level 2 chart, they are always present, usually have 4-6 500 share bids and a bigger 2000-3000 share bid sitting there. They just keep waiting for the weak hands to fold. They have been doing for months. They will sell on occasion but mostly they just sit there, accumulating quietly...hmmm wonder what they know!!!
