I think that they would both want to get them out just as fast and as accurate as they could. Benefits no one to be fast and incorrect. The old lab apparently has was may work than they can handle and the new lab should not have a shortage if all the new cores NOT sends them with 3 drill spinng and soon to be a fourth

Things just take time
