This is a repeat. I'm NOT knocking you but we get these types of posts all the time. The NOT hub is really getting bogged down with a lot of the same old posts re-hashing things that have been put under the microscope umpteen times.

There is an enormous amount of back patting type posting also. Please use the Personal Message option.
