to be a fly on the wall in the NOT war room when the boys are discussing their vision for the area? Should they take on a partner with deep pockets and then try to buy out some smaller companies in the ROF or should they JV them? I am thinking of companies such as FNC or NRN? Should they sell off Windfall and use the $$$ to acquire more control in the ROF?? All thing I am sure RN and company are discussing behind the scenes. Shaquille
