One thing to remember in regards to the TB ActLabs - they are not up to full capacity as yet. Kelsee has been to the labs (he is in TB) and he reported that they are only able to crush the ore samples and ship to Ancaster at this time. This might add a few days to their turn around time.

TB labs should be up and running in May though, so the summer program will run much faster.
