Question for D12 and others on 80% of ROF

Great interview with lots of new information. I particularly enjoyed the point that there will be lots of NRs between now and the time the warrants have to be exercised.

The one I can't get my mind around is "We eventually are looking to have control of 80% of the ring of fire".

I assume "We" refers to NOT and its JV partners like FWR and WSR and must also include the friends like SPQ and ?, But are there informal agreements in place with FNC ,BMK and others?

I would like to hear others thoughts on how 80% control might be achieved.
