Sometimes slow is good, sometimes it's bad. Time will tell if the volume has dried up because the sellers are done selling, and the buyers have their boots full. Ergo, no volume.
This is quite typical before a blast-off ( conversely, playing devil's advocate, it can mean zero interest in a given stock,I don't believe that to be the case for one moment.)
More often than not, a stock will go extremely quiet just before an explosive move-up, and will even "dip" or "crouch" in price just before. Think of a long jumper, picking up speed then crouching before a hurtle upwards. Stocks, believe it or not, display laws of nature and/or physics as well.
Just my ramblings for the nervous in the crowd. I like to back up my thoughts, not just post cryptic, easily misinterpreted and vague responses.
