This is a question for some one who knows how PP's work. We are aware by statements made by RN that several majors have signed confidentiality agreements to see and know things we just don't get to see or know until it is made public.

My question is this; Can NOT make a PP with one of these majors while sharing information that is not yet public? For example if NOT were to have drilled five holes between DEI and DEII say every 250 meters and hit this under ground conduit, could they arrange a PP say at $15/share with out making this information public.
