PM I would like to agree with you about this:

I also am coming to the conclusion that the $6 acceleration warrant clause and this news delay may be a masterful piece of revenge for forcing a $4.00 PP down RN's throat

But I just don't see our RN doing such a thing. From what we know of him it would just be out of character. I still believe that holding news until we can prove up a lot more is likely the strategy. I think we see some news releases because we get a run in the stock and RN concludes there was a leak. JMO
