I thought all would like to read this from VRtrader and Marks comments specific to the markets being eerily quiet.

"One question we have is: where did all the traders go? It is month end window dressing time, not to mention end of quarter, and volume has been downright anemic. The bulls will point to that and say that there is no conviction behind the selling, therefore bullish. Our answer to that is - if there is no selling conviction, why haven't the bulls been off and running? Where have THEY been hiding? The bulls can not thump their chests because their inability to keep last week's rally going is puzzling in this eerily quiet environment. In this morning's pre-market commentary, durations of the first legs of past bear markets were laid out. If we are getting close to the end of this first leg, we could be in for a selling climax to mark an important low before a true relief rally can begin. "
