Very good explanation of the board situation. New members to the board should be made aware that there are many unscrupulous investors. Unscrupulous people are especially drawn to easy money and that easy money in most cases is you and your shares.

We have had literally hundreds of fakes and frauds of whom we have trusted only to get burned down the road.

So what this does is gets our hackles up for any new members. We all watch and read and try to make informed decisions re the new member. Sometime a new member may inadvertently misrepresent himself or herself with a posting error or misunderstanding. If we read something that is contrary to what we already know, we take a second look and respond.

So every new person coming to the board should expect a vetting process of some kind and they are.

Someone posted a few days ago a bogus phone call (unless it is proven to be different). In it he claims Nemis told him his favorites were NOT, FWR and I think SPQ. So to prevent nonsense like that from those who will purposely mislead is another reason we will be on the look out.

Frustrated about something? Feel like venting? No problem so long as thats what it is.

Notice something wrong? Tell us what it is. We will discuss it with full board input.

I am here to make money too. The only way I know how to improve my chances of getting timely information is to have the board all working together to achieve the same ends. In this way we will all have the benefit of the knowledge the posters are kind enough to share.
