Well yes but the flip side is that low volume also means low liquidity so all you need is a few investors to sell and it will drive the price down. Doesn't really mean a thing on low volume but tends to get other holders nervous.

Once more progress on DE2 and 3 are announced an strong interest comes in we'll see well over a million shares a day trading. That will bring in the day traders and even more liquidity so everyone gains.
