Before the third drill became available we know through FNC that they have been drilling on the border. That's putting the cat amongst the pigeons. Call it DE3 or DE4 I don't care. Pretty soon FNC could take over NOT in share price thanks to the low dilution. It's like buying NOT at a discount of 50% It's on SALE.
