Every time NOT does a JV they literally find themselves in a position to fund  a new drill.  V.B. had many drills in operation and I believe R.N. will look to do the same to speed up the process.  NOT gets 50% and no further dilution.  We may lose half but we would have lost on the dilution to the sp through further funding.  Take your pick, but this way we move with greater speed.  The way I see it, we're just becoming a bigger company with more employees with great benefits.  Win win.
