The market activity late in day was unusual and indicative of a bit of a panic to get into Noront before news comes out. Now there could be a lot of hidden pent up demand for Noront as conservative estimates of underlying value is above $6 so a run back up even to $6.50 without news wouldn't be extreme. To go over $7 or $8 and stay there does require more information on DE1, 2 and 3
