To get things straight, I exchanged emails with Oilguy on the possibility of Dr. Mungall being up north. This has not been confirmed.

However, it is my belief that Neil Novak is up there looking at SPQ-FWR stuff, and he is the most important guy anyway. As Poly noted earlier, he will also probably visit the NOT drilling at the FNC claims border.
