recomendation from a hold to a buy! I love when they release their reports because it always seems to be in line with some news getting released from NOT. I think we'll definitely see an increase in SP now, especially considering if you read the report, the first line basically states that we're waiting for assay results from DE2 and another possible annomalies!!
