Pretty down to earth, conservative report. I think the operative word is "conservative". You can tell by the report that they just don't have the goods to become euporically supportive of a much higher SP, but they are ready to put the BUY recommendation back on from HOLD.

This report is telling me to buy cus we'll be flying past the 7.00 target. The poor guy just can't write it down on paper...and we all know why that is...!!
