Deisel 93, I am not defending americanbulls.com but they update their ratings at the close of the day. Their last update was in the evening of March 21, the day before Good Friday, which was a holiday, so todays action will not be reported until this evening, then a current report will be issued. I wold think their recommendation at the end of todays trading will be a hold if (certain things happen the next day, which is Tuesday) If Tuesdays SP opens higher and stays that way until the close, then I can see american bulls putting it at a buy.
