I mean it is my experience here that it becomes more and more difficult for "newbies" to say something (interesting enough for the "oldies"), on a board with such a high level af quality info sharing. And sometimes new posters do exagerate a bit, just to get the needed attention.

With that in mind I think the board should grant some credit to the new posters, and give them the appropriate attention instead of the father son talk.
