Welcome comments, D12, and I believe them to be right on the money. It is apparent to me that RN is determined to do this by the book without even the hint if impropriety (and I am not suggesting that there has been, is now or ever will be any impropriety). As for a potential spinoff of Windfall, would it not make more sense to spin off DE as a new entity as part of the deal with the Big Buyer and that way all the other action (Windfall, Burnt Hill, etc.) is still a focus for RN and his execs?
