Just wondering as to why NOT released a NR that stated that the forthcoming NR was about Windfall and not about DE.. Without this I believe the area plays would have closed higher yesterday.. At one point  one area play was up .30.. Wondering if this was NOT's decision or whether the TSX told management to do this??  Regards &  GLTA   Notheads....RR
