Found the root of the WF = $1/share debacle.  This is from the video by MrCrowlee on 14 Oct.  He says in the video that the insitu is worth about $100 million.  This is based on value of gold at about $750 at that time.  So, all else being equal, WF = $1.33/share now.  Of course that will all change when the NR comes out.
