FWR traded up 7%+ in 5min. on 60 odd thousand shares. "Someone" thought that the news was special enough to warrant getting in fast before they were stopped. The frenetic activity in the office wasn't about water or changing ramp positions or the like. But I'm open to being corrected by the release..... tomorrow morning?
