My friend and I had this discussion earlier this morning. The conclusion that we came to is because of the Joint Venture between Noront, Freewest and Murgor on the Windfall Property. We also made the assumtion that they did not just hit water on their exploratory holes and they hit more, possibly large, gold pockets that they were not orignally looking for.

I am not sure but, as John Defur commented in an earlier post that NOT may have the majority in this property, or is negotiating for the majority interest, then the TSX would go to them first concerning the halt and then too the minority partners and halt them too.

All speculation on my part, as most of this game is.
