I do think that the news is of a technical/geological nature, and not to do with buyouts or mergers. They would not be waiting for details from the Windfall Project Manager (geologist) otherwise...

My thoughts are similar to yours in that it might be that be that FWR and MGR will be impacted by the news if the results are from drill holes conducted by NOT on their permits... Maybe?
