I am just wondering who hired Forage Abitibi to complete the geotechnical and hydrological study. Could a major be interested in Windfall and have basically completed this study to rule out problems prior to purchase offer. Genivar involved providing consultation services etc. FWR and MGR also halted. Could be a major may be interested in the windfall project without wanting to pay for the DE project. If FWR and MGR are part of Windfall it may explain their halts also. I think a split would be good for both stock prices Windfall and DE. Just a thought.
