Just to finish off that previous post.

They have us undervalued by around 7 to 8 bucks from DE alone.

They also have us undervalued at Windfall.

So I say DE should be between 12 and 14 bucks right now and add to that Windfall and Burnt Hill and that adds 2.50 more to the sp. Screw that dollar they or whoever suggests Windfall is worth.
