out for certain words.  And before I tell you these words, let me state that I expect to increase my net financial worth as I am heavily involved in the J.B. region with every dollar I can muster.

Beware these words, or at least think about them when you see them:

If, When, Possibly, Maybe, I believe, I think, It will be, It should be, They say that, Rumour has it that, etc.  Need I say more?  Don't they make you feel "real good" when followed by the concept of a rising SP.  I've used these words myself, and though I'm convinced that NOT and friends are going to make us smile, I have to do a reality check and say "just what do we absolutely know?" as opposed to what do we believe to be true or expect to become true.  How much are we taking on faith?  A lot I think,as well as some pretty nice factual stuff...... myself included.  It's hard to keep your feet firmly planted on the ground when you are drilling in a bog which is promising to make you a fortune.  Do the exercise anyway... no doubt you'll still feel the same about this investment but you will also be able to claim that you are a wise investor.... not just a rich one.  (And the exercise will pay off when you get on board a train that isn't able to complete it's destination.
