Temoris Resources Inc.: Acquisition

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 11, 2008) - Temoris Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TMO) ("Temoris Resources or the Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired the remaining 12.5% non dilutive interest owned by Societe de Developpement de la Baie James (SDBJ) in the Barry-Souart Project. The acquisition gives Temoris a 100% ownership of the property in one of the most sought after region in Quebec province, opening the door to many opportunities in future transactions.

Historical resources (Pre-43101) are estimated to be 110,000 oz. @ 6.17 grams/ton based on 35,000 meters of drilling that took place from the mid 80's to the mid 90's. Most of these historical resources were discovered in late stage drilling and are found between 30 to 250 meters from the surface.

Barry-Souart is located in an area which currently hosts Metanor (MTO), a new producer with its own milling facilities, 40 kilometers to the North and Noront (NOT) Windfall project, 13 kilometers to the North East.

For the acquisition, Temoris will issue the SDBJ 100,000 common shares of the Company with a 1% NSR, down from a 3% interest that it had retained under the previous agreement. The NSR can eventually be repurchased by disbursing $500,000 from any third party.

The TSX does not accept responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of the release.
