I used GRAMS because it drove home the point of what we have. The Rh assays we have so far show around a gram (the deposit as a whole will probably be much less but only the lab knows). So $300/g drives home the point of how many dollars a gram of Rh may mean to us with regard to DE1.

Although London and NY quote in $/troy Oz the worlds largest precious metal consumers (india, the Middle East and China) buy in grams and Kg. Totally as aside ... if you wish, you can buy 1 g Pt, and AU 'bars' from most refiners. Most Rh sells are sold per gram in a premade 'lab grade' solution for industrial use. I have never seen a Rh bar of any size. When I buy Rh for rhodium plating of white gold jewellery I buy it in 0.25g quantities in solution.
