Hence the sulfides found in the DE1 Deposit. Likely from an earlier event (VMS related event) and now you know why??? Your wondering where the sulfur in DE1 came from. And the statement that there was no or NOT much connection between sulfur and Ni deposition. As for 'erosional activity, it is apparent that the area underwent MASSIVE Erosional events all through its very long history. Both at surface and within crustal material. Though the obvious is NOT always the actual case or NOT always so obvious when working under the 'wrong assumptions'. Old Joe
