Someone help me.  What do you mean when you say "if they were bought on the open market"?  did BMO buy 1.2 mill or not.

Just trying to understand what is meant by all of this.

This board has been a tremendous help, thanks to all and thanks in advance for a clearer explanation on the above.

I will sell my NOT when I can no longer count how much money I have!
