I have a question. Does anyone know what the "experts" are saying about the price of nickel forward moving? I've heard the $3,500 price tag for gold and the $50 price tag for silver. I've heard nothing relative to copper or nickel in particular.
Great week ahead. We are moving opposite to the market again. Big gains are just reduced when the market drops 300 points. This is not a bad thing at all.
Remember that the major stumbling block for the overall market presently is the banking sector. The commodity bull is still stoked, fired up and ready to blast off again. We're all sitting in the middle of an excellent investment with all arrows pointing up for our NOT share price. Life is good.
Well Conrad Black gets to see the inside of a jail cell today. Ohhh soooo terrible..... the Canadian version of Martha Stewart has his day....or is it more his investors who he ripped off get theirs. Hmmm!! Somehow giving back 6 million doesn't seem like enough fiscal punishment....
Lastly.... the possibility of recession .... I can't see how we'll be having much of a recession in Canada with our wealth of commodities. We all know the banking sector recovers quickly from anything negative (sub prime for example). Once the banks recover and the commodities pick up more steam, I see no recession here except perhaps in the technology sector. Of course we will hiccup if the US goes into a full blown recession as well and many other countries rely on them for trade. With the growth of foreign markets now and the push for development in China continuing, albiet likely to slow as it is overheated to date, Canada still has good trading partners besides the US to keep our market strong.
If there is one thing I do NOT intend to do...its to give up on NOT. This stock is the "ONE". Mining is the sector to be in..... side plays are relying on NOT and will likely be rewarded over the next year or so with large gains as well.
Good luck everyone.....smile and rap yourselves on the back for making a great investment decision. Don't ever let the naysayers sway you....the price of NOT will be in double digits very soon and will be in much higher double digits within the next 12 to 18 months if we follow the direction of Richard Nemis. He hasn't said anything yet that would provide any doubt in my mind that this will NOT happen.
