That means they get to say what work gets done during the opt in period, where on the JV claims and when and where Drill Programs happen on those claims. In addition Noront gets free access to all the human resources of the JV partner who now has a vested interest in having their committed exploration cash put to maximal beneficial use on their behalf. With the demand for currently for good Professional experience in this industry, especially with respect to Field Operations (Good experienced Field Geologists as well as Geophysical and Geochemical personnel) Noront now has access to a small army of these very 'high in demand' professional types.
