Excellent synopsis. Lets keep in mind that NOT is presently in the driver's seat based on the information which they have accumulated to date. However, KWG/Spider/UC and NOT  have several things in common-Mr. Novak and the same consulting group, Billiken. For what its worth, if I had to pick another runner-up, I would probably put my money on one of the former.
