I recall from "The Big Score" that Friedman, et al were in a helluva hurry to define the Voisey claim in order to resist a takeover at a marginal price. Plus, they were running out of money to keep drills turning at a rate that did justice for the potential of the claim.

Question:

Shouldn't we be applauding every JV knowing that the more holes that can be drilled under the NOT umbrella, the better LONG - term share holder value will be realized?

I know some learned posters don't like the JV's and I'm still trying to learn.
